Citizen Complaint
Make a formal complaint about the conduct of department personnel or the service you received.
The Williamsville Police Department takes every complaint seriously. Each one is reviewed by department leadership, investigated where appropriate, and answered in writing when we are able to reach you.
You may complain anonymously. Please understand that without a way to contact you we cannot ask follow-up questions or tell you the outcome, which can limit what the investigation is able to establish.
