Community programs

Ride-Along Request

Spend a patrol shift alongside a Williamsville officer and see the work of the department first-hand.

The ride-along program is open to residents who want to understand policing in Williamsville, to students considering a career in law enforcement, and to community members with a professional interest in the department's work.

Every applicant is subject to a background check, and ride-alongs are scheduled around the needs of the shift. Once approved, we will contact you to agree a date and time and to go through the ride-along agreement.
